Alpha hen with rooster can it be true

I just found out that i have a 18 week splattered orington rooster and he is the coward of the bunch. my other splattered orington hen is the alpha. Can it be that my hen is the alpha with a rooster?

Alpha hen subordinate roo, sounds right to me.

Splash...splattered... sounds the same to me... "The paint went splash and it splattered!"

She's kinda new anyway...
