Alpine Goats & other goats, do they get along?

Who on here has Alpine goats? Do you sell them and where are you located? I understand they give a lot of milk and for longer periods of time before having to refreshed. Tell me about yours!

Hello! I have an Alpine X Nubian doe that is a doll! The breeder I got her from breeds Purebred Alpines, but had some sort of fence jumper creating the mix. I haven't decided if I will breed her to a Nubian or an Alpine yet, in the spring. Both the nubis and alpines are good milk producers. Her Mother will produce 2 gallons a day at peak.

Has anyone had any experience with having alpines and having another breed of goats? my dh said he read on one site that alpines do not get along with other goats. we have nigerian dwarf goats, so we need to know before we get this breed.

I had an alpine wether in with 3 nubians and a pygmy. He was the biggest goat out of the five and was the one in charge, but he never hurt the other goats.
