Also new to BYC

Hi, I'm a newbie too. My husband and I are thinking about getting some chickens. I am having a hard time finding where to buy them though. I don't know if I am entering the wording correctly on the search engine, but if anyone lives near Largo/Seminole FL and could tell me where and what kind to buy that would be great. We had chicken's on my grandparent's property a long time ago but I have not been around them for years. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

go to the "where am I, where are you" to locate and post on your state thread. You will find chicken folks on there that can give you info in greater detail because they know the area.
