I am super excited but a bit nervous as well. In 3 days I am taking over an exsisting flock of 6 chickens. 5 are 2 years old, 1 is a year old. I had chickens as a young girl growing up and I always loved them. I lived on a small farm back then in Florida. Now I am over 50 and live in Oregon. Excited to start collecting eggs and loving my new ladies. I want to create a happy, healthy environment for them. Reading all I can and getting things ready for when I pick them up this Saturday. Looking forward to all of the tips and advice I can get!
