Am I a rooster?

I hatched 2 Mille Fleur D'Uccles one can only use one leg and is about 1/2 the size of this one so I can't tell if this is a rooster because of the large comb. This chick will be 4 weeks on the 13th. Thanks.

I'm sure the experts for that breed will be able to tell you. I'm just guessing by the size of that comb.
