Am I automatically subscribed to every thread I post in?

Or am I doing something wrong? To UNsubscribe I have to go to my profile. Is that the only way?

You can go to your My Profile>Edit Subscriptions>Edit My Subscriptions

There you can customize your subscriptions.

Thank you. Yes, I realize that I can customize my subscriptions on my profile. But, the thing is.... I am not getting my emails to the ones I have checked for "immediate," until sometime later. Often, not until a day or 2 later. New threads that I post in, I automatically get quick emails on though.

Ok, your first post just mentioned unsubscribing.

I have noticed a lag in email notifications.

Not sure what that's about. But you can check your subscribed threads to see updates in the same area as above.
