Am I being paranoid?? Nais questions

We were in Worcestershire and wanted to go see the airfield my grandfather flew out of during WWII. So I asked my cousins where it was and they just pointed at the thick black stream of smoke floating into the sky and said "right under that". I don't remember the exact numbers, but I believe it was hundreds of thousands of animals which were culled, burned and buried there. And it was just one of many cull sites. I believe at last check it was still fenced off and considered a bio-hazard.

Mayberry Saint and greyfields, we do not need it. We have adequate systems already in place. Add to that, NOT feeding dead cows back to cows, which will pretty much eliminate mad cow disease, and NAIS is a complete waste of time and another govt mess that I will be paying for in more ways than one. I am not willing to give up my property rights for any reason. ANY reason. Homeland Security and NAIS are hand in hand. We all know what happens with Homeland Security. Safety is fleeting when the danger shifts to danger that comes from the ones supposedly coming to protect you. That's all I'm going to say about it.

I don't know a lot about NAIS, but I thought the point of it was to have every animal registered so that in the event of a disease outbreak all animals in a certain area would be culled regardless of whether or not they had the disease.
