I haven't heard anything yet. My mom has the case number at her work so she can't call until tomorrow. He didn't say anything about it on Friday...

My luck our AC won't even care about the chickens...

Well she called today and the lady said that the case was lost. She typed in the number and it kept saying error. Weird huh? Well the lady gave my mom a new case number and she said to give AC 1-3 days to respond. If the case comes up missing again somethings going on....
