Am I Black Lace or what?

We know they are Polish and abot 6 weeks old...but can't tell what they wil be whn they grow up...Have not seen an all balck polish. top knot appears to be black and grey..any ideas?

Actually, I think they are Crevecoeurs. They'll be all black and crested with a beard and muffs.
