Am I cuckoo?

I think most hatchery Cuckoo Marans dont have feathered legs, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see them label anything Marans as “French marans” at TSC, so I’m voting Cuckoo Marans. If you can post a photo of the bottom of their feet.
I will try to remember to photograph one of their feet tomorrow. Thank you

If her legs are pink, you have a Cuckoo Marans. :) Yellow would equal Barred Rock. Most, but not all Marans, have feathered legs.

Also, as another poster pointed out, your Australorp is indeed a Golden Laced Wyandotte.

The legs are pink! Fabulous, I'm glad that I have a couple of cuckoos & a couple of wyandottes too.

I've noticed that the TSC, at least in my area, has had a ton of Blue Wyandottes lately. Mine looked similar to yours when she was a chick:

Fyi; Myers Hatchery has a standard chick identification
Your rooster is a stunner!!
The TSCs seem to segregate the chicks by general color scheme here so I feel like you really never know what you wound up with until they get a little older, lol! :yesss:
I'm just hoping they are the pullets that they are supposed to be. I had 6 roos out of 8 chicks this year already!

The "French" only refers to wether they come from french or English lines. French will have feathered legs and you will see them at hatch. I have gotten 3 hatchery cuckoos and 1 of them had feathered legs. Maybe they carry the gene but don't show it ? Your chick does look like a cuckoo and if so I would guess pullet based on not having a pronounced headspot. I kept my clean legged hatchery (bought as french)cuckoo because she is hands down my best broody and mama. Nothing special about her eggs but wow what a good mama!

I'd love another broody. I had read that about cuckoo marans and bought them just because of that and the nicely speckled eggs.
