Am I doing something wrong?

So I’ve had my flock of chickens for 3 weeks now and only two hens out of the 6 point of lay hens are laying...

Here’s a list of what I have and what’s laying.

Rhode Island: laying every third day
Lavender Orpington: laying every second day
Araucana: no eggs
Leghorn: 2 eggs
Pekin bantam: no eggs
Mixed breed maybe Wyandotte x: no eggs

It’s still winter here but it’s still gets warm here (22-25c) and light is from 5:30ish to 5:30-6pm. It’s just strange only two really laying...

Anything I can do?

Some take longer to adjust to change and get comfortable with their new home. I would get concerned if it was more like 6 weeks and only a few laying. CONGRATS on the new Addition...JJ

I agree, just hang in there. Sometimes it can take the ladies a while to feel comfortable enough to lay

and when they do start, it can be a bit erratic for the first few weeks.
