am I doing this right my duck are starting to hatch temp 100 and hum 85% to 89% please tell me if i am doing any thing wrong

Everything is fine. Ducks do tend to hatch wetter than chicks so the humidity could rise a bit more as the hatch continues. Don't worry about it.

If they're hatching why would you think you might be doing something wrong? Hatching is what you wanted them to do isn't it?

That humidity sounds awfully high to me.

Cara, ducks and geese take much higher humidity than chickens. They are waterfowl. My geese needed 85% humidity and I think could have gone a bit higher.

mine was between 85-87 %, hatch started friday evening and the last one just hatched this morning.... All 26 KC ducks are in brooder and heathy....

Good luck on your hatch!!!
