One of my chickens, "Sugar" (who I now call "Sugar Foot") has had a bad case of Bumblefoot and lots of swelling (my first experience). I have worked on it for months (since August) and although there are still small marks (more like scars) am I completely done? It has taken so long to get to this, I don't want to make a mistake and stop too early, but also, don't want to overdo. The first 3 pictures are from before, and last picture show her today

It looks so much better! It's still a tish pinkish though. Does that feel warm to the touch?

Had you identified how she perhaps got bumblefoot? Usually it's from jumping long distances down from perches onto hard flooring, having only gravel to walk on, etc.
