It is my first time incubating...
I put 21 bantam faverolles eggs in bator on Thursday (3/11) evening. I saw the sticky about candling eggs, thought cool, and decided to try.
I don't have egg candling kit yet (just ordered online), so decided to try with a tiny flash light.
Too disappointed, I didn't see anything! The light went through the shell, but looks like there's nothing in egg. Is the flash light too weak to see anything at this early stage?
It will take about 3-4 days until I get the candling kit, and it will be one week in incubator by then.
Does it worth to wait and try on Thursday, or did I fail?
The top of eggs' temp. is 102F (a little less than 102F) and didn't open bator for 3 days (until I did candling 10 minutes ago).
Or bantam eggs are harder too see anything at this early?
I need your opinion. Thanks!
