What breed are you incubating?
The eggs could be a little behind if humidity/temp was off.
I would keep the lid on and check for pips in the morning.
We are not opening that lid!
We just had a make-do candling effort from outside the lid; you can see the air sac, and my daughter is sure she saw some tiny movement.
Just seems that 2 whole days not moving is not right - though they might have been moving while I slept I guess!!!
