Am i feeding too much scratch?

You can also scramble eggs for them as a treat. That's what I do with my excess eggs. They really enjoy them and it gives them the protein they need. I also feed mine table scraps, like fresh veggies. For instance, if I use bell pepper, I throw the middle out to the girls and they love the seeds. Or, I'll cook up just a little bit of extra pasta for them. They love it. I will also throw a head of (cheap) lettuce in there and they go crazy.
But, treats are just that- Treats. They shouldn't make up but a small part of their diet.

Mine don't like the pellets but if I wet them they act like it's a whole different food and start gobbling it. Just mist it a little and it disintegrates.

Oh, my girls love the table scraps. We give them leftover greens, a little bit of pasta, finely crumbled bread, etc. I used to scramble up the yolks to feed to the pig, but I didn't think it would be good to give just yolks to the girls. They love yogurt, too.

Well, pretty much anything they'll go for. But I want to make sure they're healthy, too.
