I'm worried about them because of the way they are laying; with their wings away from their bodies. They are breathing harder than some of the others. I feel like the one has his neck pulled in and tail down. They are inside, brooder, medicated chick starter, probiotics and electrolytes water. Last night I gave them a mixture of apple cider vinegar raw honey and fresh crushed garlic water. (In a gallon jug). No bloody poops. I don't see worms. I took the heat lamp off them
Today and put it back on at night. How could it be respiratory issues? Do you think? Should I give tylan?

The brooder looks quite small.
Too crowded.

I'd turn off all heat at this age.
If they don't perk up quickly with the heat off then....

I'd start them on Corid.
What ever "medicated" that is in the feed has been cancelled out by the added vitamins you have been giving and they might be showing signs of Coccidiosis.

I agree they have far outgrown that brooder and should have 4x that space. My guess is also that they have overheated and may now be dehydrated. The water will also have got warmed up by the heat lamp, so no way to cool themselves and no way to escape the heat in a plastic sided box. You are probably lucky you haven't lost any.
