I am down to one rooster and one hen. I have begun allowing them to free range. I finally found where she is depositing her eggs, which she is not sitting on.
Are they all rotting? Or will she gather up a bunch (there are 7 now) and then sit on them?
It has been as hot as 93 degrees this week, and cool at night.
Are these eggs capable of laying around in the hot and cold while she makes up her mind to lay on them?
