Am I the only one who got a BAD delivery from Ideal today?

Got the call from the post office telling me my chicks where in. I was so excited about my 11 new chicks and curious as to how many "packing peanuts" Well 22 chicks where sent and only 3 of the peanuts where alive............

I called Ideal they said they would reship next week.

Packing peanuts are just roosters they put in to keep your birds warmer during shipping. Not real packing peanuts.​

2 years ago I got some and the first shipment was ok only one was squished to a pancake but the next shipment all but 6 or 7 where dead come to find out that it was the postal services that did it, they had packed other boxes all around it and then the only air was from the top and then they covered that with a canvas type tarp during the shipping from one state to the other, and thats what killed them, I was surprised that the other 6 or 7 had made it through it alive. poor things I haven't order from there since though I don't trust the post anymore.
