Am I the only one who kisses their pet chickens?

I sing to mine. Several of mine have a special song, like that has their name in it.

For example, "Katy, beautiful Katy, you are the one that I adore. When the moon shines over the mountain, I'll be waiting at your kitchen door."

Gypsy, gets Sweet Gypsy Rose and Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves.

And of course, for the roo, he gets Mambo #5 with the names changed to fit his ladies.

Yes, even the guineas get a kiss on their heads, how else would I know about their beautiful eyelashes?

I have alot of chickens but by gosh I go out there at least once a day and hold, hug and kiss my 14 red stars who stand in line for it........and my grown rir who tolerates it.....I think she really loves it but make it fast. And my leghorns who fly on my shoulders. Only thing is....when the lh are on my shoulder and look right into my eye......I think I should have glasses on ..........like ok girls it's not food.......it's my pupil. There's a first time for everything.

A friend who used to raise B aussies says she always played 50/60's music and the layed more. I wonder.

I have the oldies station on all the time where the chickens are. I just heard my roo crowing and he was crowing to Santana's Black Magic Woman. When the Stones came on he stopped.
