Amaercauna hen or roo?

We are new to chickens, raising 4 from chicks and are roughly 9 weeks now. We have two black americauna so we are told. This one has a large comb where as the other does not. We are hoping its a roo. Photos are of the one we think is a roo.

This was three weeks ago, they are a lot bigger than the white laced wyondotte that were if same age supposidly.
