What breed is the roo?

They are both Seramas. They are both e-bay eggs from Jerry's Seramas. They were my first introduction to the breed. I bought more eggs and incubated several clutches of eggs. I had about 25 Seramas at one time. By then we moved from our home in New Hampshire to here in WA. I mailed Goldie and Baby Sarge, along with a wonderful big mixed breed roo and another hen here when we moved. I sold all my other chickens, so now I am starting over. My original large birds are both dead now. A raccoon got them.

But now I am quickley recovering and am up to 44 chickens, 30 are chicks.

I only have 3 Seramas now. I have one chick left from some I incubated. He is a little roo, son of Baby Sarge and Goldie. He is 5 months old. I will get some pictures of him. The weasel and or raccoon got the other of that bunch also.

My cages are much more secure now.

What camera did you use to take your pictures?

My camera is an old Cannon Rebel. I think it is 6 or 7 years old now. It still does pretty good, but has problems sometimes.
