Amberlink, Hen or Rooster?

This is my go at raising chickens, the rown I love in has recently passed ordinances regulating raising chickens. The rules say I can own 6 chickens and they all must be hens, NO ROOSTERS. I bought 4 Amberlink chicks that were "supposed to" be sexed as hens. Gut feeling telling me one is a rooster. We got them 4 weeks and 4 days ago. From these pictures, knowing the age, can anyone tell me if this is a rooster or hen?

I think he is a roo. Unfortunately Amber links can not be sexed by color. Only at hatch up to 2 days old can they be feather sexed!

Pretty boy! Did you end up keeping him?

I could not keep him. The neighbors were not happy with the noise. He turned out to be a great looking rooster. My father ended up with him. He has about 20 hens all to himself! He lives near Syracuse NY and They recently had a cold spell and my guy ended up with a little frost bite on his comb. :-( But he is healthy other wise, and I get to see him every once in a while.
