Has anyone noticed this commercial on T.V.? It has a rooster crowing in the middle of the night, keeping someone awake.

#1 What kind of rooster is it? My guess is a rose comb RIR?

#2 Why would a rooster crow in the middle of the night. I only ask this because mine is crowing for about an hour from 0200-0300. Is it the moon?

i have seen the comercial..it makes me laugh...the way he struts down the road!..and he does look like a RIR to me..but, i have no experience there...

I love that commercial, that and the blind rooster nyquil commercial. I have a roo that crows starting at 10:30 pm and goes until midnight, i dont have a clue why he does it but he does. He never did that in the summer but ever since we lost one of our pullets to a predator he has been acting a little "off"

Ambien-CR is a prescription sleep aid. It tends to make people sleepwalk!

When they first started airing those commericals they didn't tell you what it was for, and gave a website www.silencetherooster.com Of course that is where I went when I saw it for the first time.
