Ambilical cord? Good or bad?

Hey guys, I haven’t had any hatch out like this before so not really sure what to do but it seems like it’s his ambilical cord or something? I have since cut close to the ambilical looking side and there was no blood.. he’s quite happy and healthy looking?

Normal it happens when they hatch a little early as long as he’s moving and walking, eating and drinking he’ll be fine

Oh great, thankyou very much! He’s now in the brooder eating and drinking and acting like a normal tiny T- Rex so Thankyou for putting my mind at ease as well

That happened to my first born chick too! It was stuck to the egg shell and I accidentally pulled it off of him, he was bleeding a bit but turned out fine so I would't worry too much.

Good that you cut it. Keep it dry and very clean for about a week and it should be okay.

It is more like the old phisohex that we can't use anymore. Yes, it will kill lots of buggies but is not as toxic like bleach is.

Phisohex killed ring worm! (you should try it)
