at what age do the roo's start tryinh to bred with the hens, because roo is 4 months and is acting like is trying to bred with my ameracana hen who is 4 mo and has not yet laid an egg, and also with my rhode island red who is only 3 mo and has not yet laid an egg. is this normal behavior for EE roo's

They all get randy earlier than the girls.
I had a Jaerhon roo crowing at 6 weeks and trying to breed everything that moved at 10 weeks.
