Ameracanus Breed - 2.5 months old

Just needing some expert opinion on these two Ameracanus breed. Are they hens or roosters?
Quiet birds. They love to fight together like roosters.
The 4 laying bantam hens will not allow them in their pen, and chase them in the yard if they get close.
I do love when they come hide behind me, as they have become quite tame around me.
