Ameraucana boy or girl

Is it just me or does that dark chick in the first pic have a straight comb?

Some folks call their EE, Ameraucana, sold to them under that name (sometimes) with some variety in spelling at the feed store.. most breeders will always sell them under their variety.

I don't recognize that dark color. I thought maybe brown red but I'm not seeing anything that lines up.. The dark one in the middle of pic #4 almost looks crested unless it's an optical illusion due to coloration. Did they also come from blue eggs or supposed to be Ameraucana? The brown chicks are Swedish flower and brabanter. They are all mixed in the pictures lol. Only the pale yellow ones are ameraucana
