Ameraucana calls

My 16 week old Ameraucana has started making a short, soft , warrrr call today. Based on the descriptions of girl vs boy on this site ( round saddle feathers, light pink comb, small size, short legs). I think that I have a hen. My 16 week old welsummer rooster never made this sound. Is this a normal hen call? or do I have a rooster?

My females are very friendly and do make some noise when they want atention or want to be petted. Are there hackle feathers, my Ameraucana Roos show more in the hackles then anywhere other than the comb at first, but you need a couple to compare the combs, in my opinion.
