Ameraucana chick-possible cockerel?

The black one on the bottom is a big bully, roo or not. It consistently bullies the others and jumps up on it's water container and fights with the splash chick (back is to camera in top pic). Is there any way to tell this age? Anyone who raises Ameraucana's have an educated guess?

It is still a little early to tell but I see nothing that will indicate that he/she is a roo.
