Ameraucana - Color and Sex?

So far, I haven't won this chick's love. Can you tell me what color variation of Ameraucana this could be? These seem super tricky to sex at this age (3-4 weeks?) but if you have an idea, let me know. If it's a cockerel, I won't get too attached since we can't keep those around. Thank you very much!

It's too young to determine gender. It's not an Ameraucana. It's an Easter Egger. They are hybrids so they don't have any specific color they can be.
