Is this an Ameraucana contest or an Easter Egger contest? I see Easter Eggers here, and the colors permitted from the OP are some that are either made up or even ones that don't exist in either Ameraucanas nor Easter Eggers. . . .

ALSO, as far as we know, she is a hen BUT she was hatched when our other hens were yet they are all laying and she isn't, obviously it could just be taking her longer. These are my first chickens so if you could tell me if maybe she (he?) COULD be a rooster? She (he?) tends to be pretty aggressive to our tiny silkie, but has no beef with our Buff o., so if you see anything the matter with her (he?), or visible signs from these pictures that she/he could end up being a rooster.... please let me know

. She's still very young, and I doubt that she is, we are just growing the slightest bit concerned...

Straight from Wikipedia -

The Ameraucana is a breed of chicken developed in the United States. The name is a portmanteau term of American and Araucana (a related breed). Ameraucanas come in both a large and bantam variety. Eight colors are officially recognized for poultry shows by the American Poultry Association: Black, Blue, Blue Wheaten, Brown Red, Buff, Silver, Wheaten and White. There are several project colors, including Lavender.

I just see the APA recognized colors there

The term Black and Gold is basically a description for common Easter Egger colors; I think perhaps you meant Brown-Red? Which is an extremely rare color and is solid black with red on the neck. Easter Eggers are rarely to never found in mottled coloration, and Ameraucanas are never found as mottled birds.
