Just curious, I have 2 Barred Rocks that have been laying eggs for about 3 weeks now and my Ameraucanas have yet to produce any. They're 5 months old, is that normal? Or should I be out looking for hidden nests?

Where did you get the Ams from? If they came from a feed store, they are most likely Easter Eggers. Ameraucanas are bred to SOP, and would have been sold as a specific color, and they would have cost you a LOT more than you paid for the PBR. Ams usually can only be bought from a breeder, while EE can be bought at feed stores, and are even erroneously mislabeled as Ams by the hatcheries that supply the feed stores.
The only reason I bring up this distinction is that EE IME often start laying fairly soon, while AMS take longer to mature. My EE are often the first pullets in the flock to lay.

Actual start of laying can very greatly even between birds of the same breed. So no I would worry. And if its fall where you are out could be early spring before you see regular eggs from this girls. My amerucanas stop laying even thier first winter, and can be sporadic in the heart of summer. One of my girls an austrolorp/ amerucana mix didn't start laying untill she was about 9 months old

Heres the pictures of them as requested!

Pictures of them would help....Are you sure they're pullets? Are their combs/wattles red? Are they a squatting? You can measure their pelvic bone, I've read if it's at least 2 finger wide, eggs coming.
Ameraucana hens shouldn't have waddles and sometimes no comb and if they do it is tiny pea comb
