Ameraucana or Easter Egger

I know the Aracauna (sp) are rumpless (easy to distinguish from EE and Ameraucana. But how do you know if a chick is EE or Ameraucana?? I got my 2 "Ameraucana pullets from the feed store who purchased them from Privett Hatchery. I got a straight run "Ameraucana" from Tractor Supply who got theirs from Ideal.

Hatcheries do not sell real ameraucanas, they are ee's.

Yes, typically "ameracaunas" from hatcheries are just EEs and will lay greenish eggs. I don't think I've ever gotten an EE from a hatchery that laid blue eggs.
