Ameraucana or EE??

SO I went to the website http://www.ameraucana.org/scrapbook.html and noticed some of the wheaten chicks had yellow legs. Do they turn grey over time?

It never really occurred to me until i read this post, but I recently purchased an Ameraucana chick, and am wondering if she's really an EE (though I honestly doesn't matter for me, I would still like to know for FYI purposes). She's the sweetest chicken we have. Whenever she sees me she peeps furiously as she races toward me to stand on my feet. Should I fail to pick her up in a sufficient amount of time she flaps up and tries to climb me so she can sit on my shoulder. She's SO much different than my Red, Barred Rock, or Polish. She has us all suckered at this point, so I'm really hoping she's a she. Her puffy cheeks are hilarious.

(Sorry for the thread hijack)

I probably need to get better pics since these were taken for the cute factor.

So is she an EE, or should I obtain better pics?

I know. I've read that lavenders are not actually pure amercaunas. I do know you can show splash though, but I doubt I'll ever show mine anymore.

I love their egg color and I sell eggs for eating.

. Plus I love the breed itself. My Ameraucana's are extremely friendly.
Ameraucanas are my favorite breed, I absolutley love them. I also like EEs . I own some Ameraucanas. I actually just bought some BBS Ameraucana eggs, but they havent arrived yet. I am also going to breeding them soon. And their eggs are extremly pretty. I have seen some people say they are very skitish, but I have never seen a skitish one. In fact I have always thought them to be very docile and sweet birds. They also have great personailities.

Yes eventually their legs will turn the slate color they should be. When I hatched some blue ameraucana chicks their legs and most of their feet were slate. But part of their toes where white but eventually they end of their toes will turn to the slate color too.
