Ameraucana pullet puffed up empty crop abnormal poop

I need help with my Splash Ameraucana pullet, she is light as a feather but I’m wondering if she might be a bantam because I got a free pullet from Meyers and I already identified a different splash ameraucana in my order.. and that one seems standard size.

Anyway I found her standing in the corner and puffed up not walking around, her crop is empty, she is not at egg laying age yet so she is not egg bound.. she isn’t crop impacted if the crop feels empty? I assume I felt it correctly, she didn’t like it when I tried touching her there.. her poop is abnormal, loose, yellow-y and clear discharge is included, I don’t think it looks like egg yolk but it does look like egg whites.. again I don’t think she is egg laying age based on comb.. she was hatched 10/7/24.

She is alert but not moving around. Not eating or drinking yet since I separated her 20 mins ago.

I’ve never wormed these pullets. They’re separate from my adults that I have wormed.. they haven’t had free any outside access yet due to weather and predators. We are building them a huge run in the coming weeks now that the weather is improved. We had bad flooding.

She eats Nutrena all flock pellet, I have oyster shells available but not sure if the hens have figured out to eat them .. I have considered switching to layer but I have roosters and don’t want them to have the extra calcium. I do worry about them eating the bedding.. we have TSC flake bedding. Supposedly lower dust. I’d like to switch to hemp in the coop once they are outside.

Do you have an antibiotic on hand? I'd try Amoxicillin if possible. Dose is 57mg per pound of weight given orally twice a day for 7-10days.
I'd also consider treating for Coccidiosis. Corid liquid dose is 2tsp per gallon of drinking water given for 5-7days.

Taking a sample of the poop to a vet to see if she needs deworming would be good, that's not always possible to find a vet though.

I have a vet appointment on Tuesday for a different hen, so I will ask if I can bring her too .. I have sent stool samples to pethometests.com before so I’ll do that again as well. I do not have amoxicillin, only ivermectin Valbazen corid rooster booster nutri-drench and elector psp on hand — no signs of lice or mites so likely coccidiosis or worms or a nutrient deficiency?

Every one else in the flock has normal poops and normal behavior, but I did have one die a few weeks ago, I never saw the body or the birds demeanor, my dad said it died suddenly but he didn’t notice this one puffed up or acting different either.

Would you do Corid or Valbazen first? Can I do them concurrent? I hope I can pick up Amoxicillin ASAP but since I don’t have it on hand should I do one of the other protocols first? Or get amoxicillin ASAP and do that first?

Can I give nutridrench with Valbazen? not with corid because the corid water is their sole source of water and can’t mix other things in..?

I started corid and Valbazen tonight. She is only 2 lbs 10 oz so definitely a bantam I think?

She may be a bantam or just small, hard to know.

I hope she improves, keep us posted and if the vet does see her let us know what you find out.

I would take a fresh sample of her droppings to your vet appt, and ask if they can do a fecal float on that one.
