If you put him in a dog carrier at night he can't crow because he won't be able to lift his head. Hope this helps. Sorry, I don't need a roo.

You can always get a no crow rooster collar from mypetchicken and slip it on him one night.
I'm not allowed to have Roos but I still have one, he just wears a no crow collar.
