Ameraucana Tail Not Right

Hi all,
Our 3 yr old Ameraucana chicken’s tail isn’t looking right for the past couple weeks and wanted to see if you had any ideas. We have looked extensively for bugs, but haven’t found any on her. As you can see from the pics, some of the feathers are misshapen and hanging. We have 15 other chickens, all who are looking fine.

That's perfectly normal as far as I know! I would wash them with some water and let them dry. They might just straighten themselves out.
