Hi! My favorite chicken’s ear lobe is torn and hanging down, a bit gunky and scabby. I have wiped it down with some hydrogen peroxide and water. What else can I do?

Is this also the inside of her ear, I can’t tell?

I’ll add that I haven’t noticed anyone pecking her. It looks like it was probably from a little fight but I haven’t seen anyone acting out towards her so I’m not sure what happened.

Thank you in advance for any advice and direction!

Also want to add she is otherwise acting totally normal! No imbalance or anything, and very happily eating and frolicking

A one time cleaning with Peroxide is ok. I'd try to get some Chlorhexidine (Hibiclens) and clean the wound daily. Once you swab it really well, you can apply a thin layer of Triple Antibiotic Ointment.

Is there a bad odor?

To me, in the photos, it looks like only her earlobe is injured. The Ear Canal is right behind that tiny tuft of feathers (red arrow), if you gently move those aside, you can see in the ear. It would be worth checking the canal just to be sure there's no infection or pus.
