Ameraucana with feathers on legs?

I know this is an old post, but hopefully someone answers. Yesterday same thing happened to me. I was sold 2 chicks they said were Ameraucanas, but when it
Got home I noticed the feathered feet. I called back to the store, supposedly they double checked their manifest, or whatever and said for sure they are Ameraucanas. I think they are Brahmas. Really disappointed

Hi there,

My friend and I got our ameraucana chicks from the same feed store at the same time and hers is starting to grow feathers on her legs, my girl does not have this. Is there anybody that has seen this before with this breed? We are both new to chickens so we aren't sure if this is normal for the breed or not. Thank you in advance, Pictures attached below
