There's a lot of variety within the Easter Egger gene pool. Some have beards/muffs, while others lack this trait. Coloration is all over the place. So, theoretically, the chances of getting a couple that look the same, or at at least similar, are quite slim.

She's a mix breed. You can surely label her an EE if you want.
She isn't an Ameraucana in the least.
Your EE is a typical hatchery EE which in my opinion are just less then ideal bred color mixed ameraucana.
This hen is an actual EE bred to some other breed. That's why she looks so different.

I agree, Easter Eggers. True ameraucanas are much harder to come by and have specific breed standards. Many people get them mixed up and they are often mislabeled.
