Sand Hill also has a couple colors of Ameruacanas, and cheaper than Meyer if I recall correctly. Don't know about the quality of either.
I have some EEs from Cackle. They were WILD until they hit POL then they calmed down considerably. Other EEs I've had were from barnyards, and very friendly.
