American Bresse chickens?

So I saw these American Bresse chickens in pictures...

I don't understand how they aren't just a white leghorn? How are they different?

They look kind of similar.

Leghorns are a egglayer, with yellow legs

Bresse are a meat breed developed in the Bresse area of France with blue legs.

They're as similar as a leghorn and a brahma, the only thing similar to leghorns and bresse are feather color and comb color
