does ANYONE have any that theyd be willing to ship, i dont have the facilities to incubate and there impossible to find without some huge small order fee (i just cant justify spending $50 a gosling for geese that are priced at $15 a peice.)

its so frustrating, i realy want to have them here asap for the start of the season, the weathers warming up, perfect timing for them to be ready to be outside before our ct winter.
i just want babys...

anyone?!

looking for 1-3 babies (ideally 1 of each breed any sex or a male, female, female trio of any combination)

I think Ideal is sold out now...so this may be too late to help. They have a $25.00 Minimum and charge shipping on top of that. So that may have worked out for you. You might want to put an ad on Craig's List too. It might be worth a try.

i think im probbaly going to end up ordering from purely poultry, they have a smal order of $45 and $20 shipping but it includes up to $35 worth of goslings plus a heatpack and extra insulation...
its cheaper than e-fowl and they have buffs and tufted romans.
which since we cant get pilgrims for trying lol, i think buffs and romans are the next best, least in terms of eveyrhting ive read, for friendly backyard pets/weeders.

I'm glad you found some. I have the RT's and I love, love, love them. Someday, I'd like to try Buffs, too. You'll have to keep us posted - enjoy them.

I thought I had 2 romans also, but as it turns out, the girl is a buff - and her feathers are coming in... soooo beautiful of a color, amazing. They certainly have different personalities. The RT is more consistently talking, but is less shy. The buff, girl, is more of a pointed talker and a little on the shy side, but she's also not the alpha, he is - I dearly love them both - GREAT breeds, even if she was an oops! jennifer

OP: Metzer farms will send you a pair with a warming pack. I've ordered from them before and love the birds they've sent me and they have nice customer service, too. I checked Ideal's site and it seems like now they have them available again...all you have to do is have a grand total of $25.00 for your order and they will ship.

Jennifer, I've been watching your story...I ordered a pair of Buffs and another pair of RT's - for myself for my b-day. They'll be hatching on or around my b-day...I couldn't resist! They ship out on May 31! I'm so excited! BTW - one of the three girls that I ordered from Ideal...does not have a tuft - she is also darker - I may have a buff as well! I'll keep you posted. I want to take pictures and post...

OMG, jojo, that is exactly how my buff/roman was, she had a little bit of a darker beak and feet and down, and of course was not tufted. I wonder if they raise the buff's and RT's in close quarters. Either way, they are great. The RT male seems to be less shy, but there again, he's alpha. It is sooo blessed hot here today, like 95, that the poor things are panting. I need to take them back down to the tank (pond) to cool off, but like good children, they won't get in unless I do~ Funny! Have you seen my photos? jennifer
