american buff questions

I have been here a bunch but its been a while. Great forum.now I have about a quarter acre of land.locally I found someone who sells buffs.i have the shelter house planned but I am still worried about my fence.i have a 4 foot horse fence around it 6inch by 6inch openings.plus barb wire on top for my horses. So 4 and a half feet tall.can these geese get over this?

They can if you don't clip them . My buffs usually don't fly over the fence.
