I will vouch for the Rada stuff though. I've had some of those knives for years and years. They still sharpen up nice. Use them daily.

You ever use victorinox knives? If so, how would you compare them to Rada?

Don't guess so. . since I don't know what that is.
All my knives at home are rada or miracle blade. Besides those Montana silversmith steak knives.
Before those I only had junk.
At work I only have junk knives.

My dad bought me a set of miracle blade knives for Christmas. They are probably from China.. No idea.
But I really like them.

Uh no... I don’t like serrated edges... other than for a bread knife
