American Gamefowl

I like that pellet, have used it in the past! I could get it here but am hung up on whether it would be fresh. The SS here doesn't sell much of it. Do you know if there is a way on the bag to tell the date? Or if calling someone can tell you this?
I’m not sure about availability. I know there’s a few of us here that buy it from my local feed store. I use roughly 300 lbs of feed a week so she keeps it in stock for me. I’ve never had an issue with the pellets not being fresh. I have had maybe 2 bags of scratch that were screwy. One was like 60% BOSS and the other had a lot of junk in it. That’s a very small percentage of what I use though so I let it go.

Mossy Dell,
In addition to the extra grain, one of these folks likes to stake a rotten critter carcass down in the yard and let the chickens have at the maggots, so there is that too

I’m not good with names, but I think it was either havoc or sohc that does that :gig

Horse manure.

I ain't gonna laugh they may have to burn for heat not everyone can afford what others can and deal with it their own way. I'd sure hate to be that bad off but it could happen.

Now the stalking well I'd ask em what the problem was lol.
I wouldn't think he would burn stinky trash to stay warm but idk.
He drives a creeper van. . he sits in his van and watches me! I'm not kidding.

I meant 17.5% protein, if that wasn't clear. On calcium, they always say provide oyster shell too.

Wow, that is an impressive mount of feed! How many birds are you feeding? What strains?

I love whitehackles, hatch, blues, butchers, roundheads. Yeah, so just about everything! My mentor had some Sid Taylors from F.D. Mingus back in the '70s I liked, so some dark fowl too . . .
