American Gamefowl

Like havoc said about it if all else is kept up. I'm one that unless I had to I wouldn't touch antibiotics especially for respiratory Havoc's knows I'm against such I'd simply cull but if it came down to my brood stock I'd probably have to try everything I could. I'm a worrier crap like this is always in the back of my mind lol.
I don't necessarily worry about respiratory - anything is possible, especially with wild migratory birds. Damp conditions I think of worms and Coccidia. I take up all feed daily, but spilled feed can mold fast, so I always look for that - mold will take them down.
Now mine are for the most part under cover and dry, but there is still mucky areas that have no roof (metal) and you know how chickens are, they got to get in there and mess about.

Exactly plenty of wildlife around here ya can't ever say never. Thing I've ran into hard is the rain with that comes wet feed I had one bird his nostrils were caked with it I can't exactly not feed for days on end. I feed in cups obviously mounted on domes and each bird gets what they need as I pick them up often to check them over and adjust accordingly. I never have feed left over that I notice on the inside, but occasionally some may be on the outside due to pecking. Respiratory worries me the most as it is not something I'd want to treat 99% of the time the gut or other problems sure I can see and have treated for such thing that can spread fast and even to offspring effecting them I dont want happening.

If it's fresh daily feed and it gets wet in the cup that's not too bad if you take up the cups and wash them out, but anything spilled, boy it molds overnight. You have way more birds than I do, so that would be a chore.
I do have the benefit of feed being dry under cover, unless I purposely make a mash, but I still look for any spilled and shovel that up just to prevent problems and discourage rodents.

Water stations bother me too. I use open bowls, so they kick all kinds of stuff in them. I cleaned and filled the bowls 3 times today, I don't know what was up with that. One was 1/2 full of dirt and straw just a mess:hmm I can see the advantage of hanging cups for water too, I may have to experiment LOL

No, you can't control everything.

I usually do my cups every 3-4weeks same with water stations. Nah the issue wasn't the cups especially when it rains enough to wash them out itself lol. It was the feed being wet and inside his nostrils then drying and me not catching it, I feed once a day they don't ever have a buffet. I don't worry about a few pellets as the free rangers clean what little hits the ground up.

Once I cleaned that out of him all was well he did end out getting culled him and one other brother so far as I liked the others more so. The bird in my aviatar was the bird I'm talking about.

My understanding is that wet feed sets up like concrete inside the nostrils, bet that was fun, but I bet he was glad you got it out too LOL

You are going to have to post some photos of the ones you kept!
