They say some of those African game animals is some of the best tasting game their is but I sure don’t have the money to go on such a trip.

Yeah me either one can dream though. I could live off bayou food though

My father in-law usually gets to go on a mule and elk hunt every year his boss takes him so that’s the only way I’ve had elk. I’m hoping one year he’s like hey ya wanna go it’s been 10yrs almost now and hasn’t so I’m guessing that’s not gonna happen hahaha.

What’s the best tasting duck? Now I’ve heard some of it’s great while others not so hot.

All the puddle ducks. Wood ducks, teal, wigeon, mallards, black ducks depending on where they’ve been feeding. Gadwall too. They’re all similar but I do not like diving ducks. Bluebills, ringnecks, buffleheads, etc.. they eat fish and taste like it.

Damn that’d be awesome lol I was gonna go on a wild sheep/hog hunt this year there’s a game reserve here I know high fence but I’d be fun to do it’s huge but COVID kept that from happening.

I can’t hardly tell any difference between deer and elk either while others rave one or the other is better. Heck I grind bacon into the deer and we’ll bacon makes everything better lol.
