Sure jim bob may go knock up his cousin on a back road after 10pm, but what’s that got to do when the majority of us are out and about from 5am-10pm around a lot more folks than jim bob and his cousin knocking boots in the back of a Buick century.

I would have went with Dodge Aries or Chevy Celebrity but you got all fancy with a Buick.

I’m pretty sure they don’t have a clue and they’re just throwing things against the wall to see what will stick. If they do nothing people will complain. If they do something people will complain.
It won’t be enough for some and will be way too far for others. I say if you’re scared stay home and quite whining. Pretty simple really.
